Shipments and returns
Your Order
Your order is placed the next business day after reciecving payment in full. Then your Reprints are generally mailed within 24 days after printing order is placed. Because this is a custom order 24 days is needed for the reprint process.
Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by USPS with required signature and/or insurance, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include Postage and packing fees. Postage fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be mailed at your own risk, unless insurance is purchased, but special care is taken to protect your reprints.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Due to the Custom Printing of your order these products are not able to be returned. If you have any questions about a reprint please call before ordering.
